He did some more digging and here is his response.
The timing was within 5 degrees; not sure if that is the issue with the compression. Silly question, but I am looking at the #1 cylinder as the front passenger side; I looked on U-tube and they had as the drivers side. I have an aluminum Crank pulley; I am guessing this is an aftermarket underdrive, possibly the markings are off. Seems to run best when timing is set properly. I didn't have an opportunity to redue the compression checks. Use whatever you need from my toolbox when you get here to check out car prior to sale.
